Our approach

We're not an editing agency. We run the whole channel.

A typical agency sells hours and hands back files. MINT takes over the work that actually moves a channel: topic research, scripting, editing, packaging, testing and compliance. You stay the owner, and our fee is tied partly to how the channel performs.

Typical editing agency
  • ✕You pick the topics and hope they work
  • ✕Paid per video, whatever the result
  • ✕Editing only; strategy is on you
  • ✕Little testing or analytics
  • ✕Compliance risk sits with you
MINT done-for-you service
  • ✓Niche chosen through a formal feasibility review
  • ✓Part of our pay depends on performance: 40% of net profit after eligible costs, 60% to you
  • ✓Strategy, writing, editing and packaging under one team
  • ✓Every upload is a test with a hypothesis and a result
  • ✓Every video checked for originality, and we never ask for your password

Results

Real numbers from channels we've worked on.

Our team writes, edits and packages long-form videos for channels in competitive, fast-moving niches. We know what makes a viewer click, what keeps them watching past the first minute, and how one strong video can carry a whole channel. These YouTube Studio screenshots come from channels we've worked on. Names, thumbnails and titles are blurred to protect our clients. Every figure is shown exactly as YouTube reports it.

Cost comparison

What this would cost you elsewhere.

Hiring an editor, a scriptwriter and a thumbnail designer separately adds up before you pay for strategy, testing or compliance. Here is the production cost alone, compared with MINT.

How we calculated this, and sources

US figures are typical published US freelance rates for a 10-minute video (about $70–$215 per finished minute). Asian online freelancer figures are our estimates, built from published Philippines-based rates (long-form edits roughly $50–$150 per video, scripts roughly $30–$150, thumbnails roughly $10–$30) and vary widely with experience. MINT's per-video figure divides the $3,500 setup fee across the target of about 4 videos per month for 12 months (about $7.29 per finished minute). Video counts are targets, not guarantees. It excludes MINT's 40% share of net profit and eligible operating costs deducted from channel revenue. This comparison is not a guarantee of revenue or savings.

How it works

From setup to Year 2, stage by stage.

Every channel moves through five stages, each with a defined output and a decision point, reported to you monthly.

01WEEKS 0–2

Onboarding

Feasibility review, niche approval and secure channel setup.

  • Niche and competitor analysis
  • Least-privilege access granted
  • Months 1–2 calendar approved
02MONTHS 1–2

Test Launch

First uploads are deliberate experiments across formats and packaging.

  • Formats tested side by side
  • Every thumbnail A/B tested
  • Baseline CTR and retention set
03MONTHS 3–6

Optimization

Weak formats are cut. Strong ones get sharper scripts and packaging.

  • Format library narrowed
  • Scripts tuned to retention

Scaling

Output focuses on proven formats and adjacent topics.

  • Proven formats prioritized
  • Adjacent topics opened

05YEAR 2

Growth year

With proven formats and a monetized channel, Year 2 is where revenue builds. Our estimate is $3,000–$5,000 a month in channel revenue. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

  • Year-2 plan agreed
  • Monthly profit reports

Costs come out first. Then we split.

Channel revenue first covers eligible operating costs. What remains is net profit, shared 60% to you and 40% to MINT. Eligible cost categories are agreed at onboarding and itemized in your monthly report. MINT staff salaries are never a cost line.

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions people ask before they apply. Full terms are on the Legal page.

Who owns the channel?

You do, at all times. The channel stays in your name. We work through the platform's own permission roles, never your password, and you can remove our access whenever you want.

What happens if I want to stop?

You keep the channel and every video published on it. How and when the service can end is set out in your signed service agreement. Either side can end it for a serious breach that isn't fixed within 30 days of written notice.

The setup fee is non-refundable, except under the Year-1 performance commitment. See Terms.

Who gets paid what?

YouTube: you pay a $3,500 one-time setup fee. Channel revenue then covers eligible operating costs agreed at onboarding. What's left is net profit: 60% goes to you and 40% to MINT, reported monthly.

TikTok: a $1,600 one-time setup fee, plus the same 60/40 split of net profit after eligible costs.

Can my TikTok account earn money?

That depends on TikTok, not on us. TikTok's monetization programs have their own eligibility rules for the account holder, including country of residence and age. We check this during the feasibility review, before you commit to anything.

When will the channel start earning?

Usually not in the first months. YouTube only pays ad revenue once a channel is accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, which has subscriber and watch-time thresholds. TikTok has its own eligibility rules. Most new channels spend their early months building toward those thresholds, which is why our revenue estimate is for Year 2.

How is this different from buying a channel?

Buying a channel means paying for an existing audience with a history you can't fully check, and it can carry old strikes or policy problems. With MINT, the channel is in your name from day one and is built from original content made for it.

Is revenue guaranteed?

No. The $3,000–$5,000 a month Year-2 figure is an estimate, not a promise. Channels can earn less than that, or nothing. What happens if Year 1 underperforms is set out in Legal & Disclosures.

About MINT

From content studio to full-service channel operator.

MINT began as a premium done-for-you content operation. What made channels earn was rarely the edit alone. It was the work around it: research, packaging, testing and discipline about costs. So we took on all of it.

Phase 1 · Origin

Done-for-you production

Premium scripting and editing for existing creators. High quality, but results still depended on the client's decisions.

Phase 2 · Now

Full-service channel operator

MINT runs strategy through upload, and part of our fee depends on how the channel performs.

Phase 3 · Building

Shared tools and analytics

Central analytics, testing tools and shared reporting, so every channel benefits from what we learn across all of them.

How our team works

A dedicated team for your channel, backed by the whole company.

Every channel gets its own small team of four people who work on it every week. Behind them, a support team checks every video for copyright and platform rules, and shares what's working on our other channels so your channel learns from all of them.
